The Construction Industry Council (CIC) held the "Construction Industry Happy Run and Carnival 2020" on Sunday, 12 January 2020. Over 1,000 runners from some 50 industry organisations registered for the Happy Run. The race comprised a 10K race, 3K happy run and a Professional Worker Cup, as well as newly introduced Family Race and Special Costume Relay, started and finished at HKIC Tai Po Training Ground.

Besides, wonderful a cappella performance enlivened the event. The free-entry carnival featuring game booths, photo-taking attractions and food stalls was well received by the participants.
