Since August 2023, the Registered Specialist Trade Contractors Federation (RSTCF) has joined hands with industry partners to organise the volunteer service day in collaboration with local organisations and social welfare institutions. The aim is to install handrails for elderly living alone or families of elderly doubletons, enhancing home safety measures to prevent falls and reduce the burden on healthcare services.  Elderly can be ageing in place.

Until Jan 2024, Volunteers has gone to nearly 10 estates and installed over 100 handrails for those in need. The service will keep continue to go to different estate, hope can provide service to more beneficiaries.
