Can you imagine an ordinary meal-box can bring tremendous love and support to the underprivileged in Hong Kong? Working in construction industry for over 20 years, Ken, from Arche Touch, always strives to improve the image of construction workers and the industry. This year, his organization joined CISVP‘s “Lo Pan Rice Campaign” which collaborates with the industry and different NGOs to give the free rice boxes to the elderlies, the unemployed, low-income people, people with disabilities, mentally-ill, grassroots families, and other vulnerable in the city. Every Fridays, Ken and his colleagues are busy with preparing 300 nutritious hot meal-boxes and distributing them to some desperate families in the society.
